Scott finds that explaining to other people what or how to do something is difficult. Also, having everyone follow the sam steps is important because "one man may lay out the electric boxes, and the other man will have to mount them". Communication is VERY important, and it is also important to know what all of the electricians shorthand symbols mean.

Lacey, as owner of Glacial Smoothies, has about a million things to think of at any given second. One of those main important things that is always there is the breaking down of electronics. Recently the cash drawer and printer broke. Ordering new parts is difficult especially when living in Alaska.

Being able to serve healthy food to locals is very fulfilling - knowing that what you give them is of high quality is fulfilling. Also, being able to work with the awesome staff is fulfilling because they are all so wonderful, and she is sorry to see them go home for the winter.
